The frequency of septic tank pumping depends on many factors, but we recommend pumping your septic tank every 3-5 years. Dependent on usage.

You will experience various problems that could range from blockages to disease and expensive repairs. Wastewater backing is a huge health risk!

You can start by scheduling a routine inspection and maintenance. Good water efficient washing machines, showers, and toilets are also helpful. Be sure to not flush hygiene products, wipes, grease, diapers, and other foreign bodies down your drains! If you know where your septic system is, don't drive or park over the top of it.

We can locate it for you if you don't know, but typically your septic tank  and drain field are installed parallel to the sewer line that extends from your home into your yard. If you are the new home owner you can locate it on your septic tank map, this is included in your inspection paperwork!
